I’ve now added yet Another row to my Christmas Doodad quilt. 🙄 I just couldn’t resist using all of the cute snowmen faces… I’ve used two of them before in my Remembering Christmas past DWR quilt… as they really do remind me of my grandparents. ❤️💚 Let’s call today a pajama day… shall we? whose with me?

Here’s some more ideas to try something new and different with your Doodad template set! Adding a small amount of improv to any of these shapes, If you want to make something that looks a little bit more you! - It’s as easy as a couple extra seams!

Inspire me!! Post pictures of what you’re sewing on or not sewing on. 🤪- Every time I think I’m done working on this Xmas Quilt, I add another row of small Doodad blocks…. Mind you, it’s NOT a king size…. Just a nice size to snuggle in the couch with. 🙃

What unexpected color do you like to throw into a quilt to make it POP? I’m always trying to squeeze in a hot pink… Kicking this scrap quilt up a notch…. With a little help from neon green and hot pink. 🥰 NOW it’s a fun quilt!
