🍫 Decadent Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake & Ice Cream 🍦

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
- For the filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the chocolate ice cream:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. For the ice cream: In a saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Heat over medium until steaming, but do not boil. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks. Slowly pour 1 cup of the hot cream mixture into the yolks while whisking, then return the mixture to the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Cool completely, then churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
2. For the cake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and grease lightly. In a small bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat egg yolks and remaining 1/4 cup sugar until thick and pale, about 3 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Fold flour mixture into yolk mixture, then gently fold in egg whites until no streaks remain. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cake springs back when touched.
3. While cake bakes, lay a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust with powdered sugar. As soon as cake is done, invert onto the towel, peel off parchment paper, and roll the cake up in the towel from the short end. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
4. For the filling: In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly over the surface, leaving a 1-inch border. Re-roll the cake gently without the towel. Place seam-side down on a serving plate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
5. Serve slices of Swiss roll cake with scoops of chocolate ice cream.

Prep Time: 45 minutes | Baking Time: 12 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours (includes chilling and freezing) | Kcal: 450 kcal per serving | Servings: 8

Tips:
- For a richer cake, substitute 2 tablespoons of flour with additional cocoa powder.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts or chocolate chips to the ice cream during the last few minutes of churning.
- Serve with fresh raspberries or a drizzle of warm chocolate sauce for extra decadence.

🍫🍪 Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake and Chocolate Frappe Recipe 🍰☕

Ingredients:
- For the cheesecake:
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 24 cookies, cream filling included)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
- For the frappe (per serving):
- 1 slice (about 1/8) of prepared cheesecake, chilled
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Whipped cream and extra Oreo crumbs for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
2. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until combined.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition. Mix in heavy cream, then fold in melted chocolate until just incorporated.

6. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set but still jiggly. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
7. Remove from water bath, cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. To make the frappe: In a blender, combine 1 slice of chilled cheesecake, milk, chocolate syrup, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and thick.

- Substitute the milk in the frappe with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
- Serve the cheesecake plain with fresh berries, or drizzle extra chocolate sauce over each slice before assembling the frappe.

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, room temperature

Tips:
- For a richer donut, add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the dough before the first rise.
