The New York team is hard at work transforming an office space for a large scale property management firm in Manhattan. Take a look at the project in its early stages as our team brings the space to life, one floor at a time.

This multi-scope project combines carpet, poured flooring from Senso, and hardwood to create a cohesive flooring design throughout the office. Our team is also working with a range of flooring products and accessories from Mannington Commercial, Edward Fields Carpet Makers, Armstrong Flooring, Johnsonite by Tarkett Official, and Schluter-Systems North America.

One of the project’s standout elements is a new installation process developed to seamlessly install Senso Superquartz across various platforms throughout the office. From coordinating multiple flooring materials to navigating the details of a complex installation, our team is laying the groundwork for a finished space that balances design, performance, and precision.

A big thank you to the TEC Specialty Products team for visiting our New York office this week! We enjoyed catching up, talking products, and spending time together over breakfast.

TEC also surprised our team with branded jackets and polos, a thoughtful gesture that made a great morning even better. We look forward to connecting again soon!

Another successful operating room flooring project is complete, this time at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana.

Operating rooms are among the most complex environments in commercial flooring. With limited downtime, every phase must be carefully planned and executed to keep critical spaces operational.
