Made this for date night last Friday and honestly thought I was going to have to fight my husband for the last bowl! I used fresh lobster tails and the sauce came out so rich and velvety, I couldn't stop sneaking tastes straight from the pan! He kept saying it tasted like something from a fancy restaurant and I just smiled and nodded like I wasn't completely shocked myself! I added a little extra garlic and a splash of white wine and I think that really put it over the top. Already have requests to make it again this weekend for company and I will absolutely be making a double batch this time!

Made this for our neighborhood cookout last weekend and honestly did not expect it to be THE thing everyone kept going back to! I had people literally hovering around the bowl before I even finished squeezing the lime over it. My neighbor kept asking me what was in it and I just smiled because sometimes you gotta let the food do the talking! The combo of flavors is so bright and fresh and it comes together so fast which is always a win for me. I doubled the batch thinking we'd have leftovers to bring home and not a single piece of shrimp survived. My sister in law already texted me twice this week asking for the recipe. This one is staying in the permanent rotation for sure!

I made these for Sunday dinner and honestly did not expect the reaction I got! My sister-in-law literally grabbed two before everyone else even sat down and had zero regrets about it. The shells were so creamy and packed with shrimp that my husband kept saying what IS this between every single bite. I ended up making a double batch thinking we'd have leftovers for the week and they were completely gone before the night was over. My kids who claim they don't like seafood ate more than anyone at the table, which honestly says everything. I'm already being asked to bring these to Thanksgiving and I have a feeling they're about to become my signature dish!
