Texture does a lot of the heavy lifting here. Woven fibers, linen, glass, candlelight, greenery, none of them are particularly loud on their own, but together they create something memorable.

The black writing wall adds contrast and structure without overwhelming the room. I always like it when functional pieces become part of the design language.

Lighting as architecture.
Same room, different angle, but the pendants completely shift once the natural light starts moving through the space.

When a space is this minimal, the lighting has to do the work. These pendants read like suspended sculptures. Reflective, oversized, and just dramatic enough against the black trim and city view.

Sometimes it’s the way light hits plywood in a gallery, the scale of a staircase, or how a material changes when repeated over and over again.

This room was meant to feel like an escape from the city outside.
Lots of natural textures, softer material combinations, and greenery layered throughout to bring a little calm (and a little nature🌿) back into the space.

This dining room is really about balance.
Soft curves against sharper lines, textured upholstery against darker structural elements, enough contrast to keep the room interesting, but still comfortable enough to settle in and stay awhile.
