Ingredients:

Flour for dusting
8 oz bag shredded mozzarella cheese
16-20 oz pizza dough
6-7 fully cooked crispy chicken tenders, sliced
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup pizza sauce
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using frozen chicken tenders, cook them according to the package instructions. Once cooked, slice them into smaller pieces and set aside.
Prepare the Dough:

On a lightly floured surface, stretch and roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, similar to a pizza base. Ensure the dough is evenly spread and not too thick.
Add the Sauce:

Spread ½ cup of pizza sauce on one half of the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges to prevent spills while baking.
Layer the Fillings:

On the sauced half, layer 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, ⅓ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and the sliced chicken tenders. Make sure the filling is evenly distributed.
Fold and Seal the Calzone:

This dish takes golden, coconut-crusted chicken and pairs it with a creamy, zippy bang bang sauce that’s equal parts sweet, spicy, and tangy. Perfect for dinner, game night, or even a party platter!
📋 ingredients:
for the chicken:
• 1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
• Oil, for frying (or baking/air frying option)
for the bang bang sauce:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
• 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for balance)
• Juice of ½ lime

Directions:

1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Salt & pepper, to taste

For Baking:

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Make the Meatballs:

4 steak cubes
1/2 cup of water
1 can (10.5 ounces) French Onion Soup
(10.75 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup
1 packet of mixed broth

DIRECTIONS:😋😋

1. Get a 6-quart slow cooker. Combine soup with broth mixture and water. Mix well.
2. Place the meat cubes in the sauce mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook the steaks over low heat for 6-8 hours.
4. Toward the end of the cooking time, prepare to thicken the sauce. You can certainly skip this step, but here we like a thicker sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together equal parts cornstarch and cold water (about 2-3 tablespoons each). Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.
5. Increase the setting to high and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
