**Ingredients**
• 12 oz elbow macaroni
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt, to taste
• 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream, optional for extra creaminess
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Fresh parsley, optional for garnish
**Instructions**
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add cooked macaroni and sour cream or heavy cream if using. Stir until everything is creamy and coated.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
8. Top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
