Ingrédients
6 grandes feuilles lasagnes fraîches
6 tranches jambon
50 grammes oignon
50 grammes beurre
55 grammes farine 🌾
500 millilitres lait 🥛
100 grammes fromage râpé 🧀
Sel et poivre 🧂
Directions:
1️⃣ Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre et ajoutez l'oignon émincé jusqu'à ce qu'il devienne translucide.
3️⃣ Incorporez la farine et mélangez pour former un roux.
4️⃣ Ajoutez lentement le lait en fouettant jusqu'à obtenir une sauce lisse.
5️⃣ Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.
6️⃣ Dans un plat, disposez une feuille de lasagne, ajout de sauce, jambon, puis répétez ces étapes jusqu'à épuisement des ingrédients.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4 to 6):
2.2 lbs (1 kg) beef roast (chuck, shoulder, or sirloin)

1 onion, thinly sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups (500 ml) beef broth

¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

1 tsp dried thyme

1 bay leaf

Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

4 to 6 crusty rolls or mini baguettes

Cheese of your choice: provolone, gruyère, mozzarella, or Swiss

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the slow cooker
Place the beef roast in the crockpot. Add the sliced onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar (if using), thyme, bay leaf, and pepper.

2️⃣ Slow cook
Cover and cook:

8 hours on low, or

4 to 5 hours on high,
until the beef is tender and shreds easily with a fork.

3️⃣ Shred the beef
Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded meat to the broth to soak up all the flavor and stay juicy.

4️⃣ Assemble the sandwiches
Preheat your oven broiler (or use a toaster oven).
Split the rolls, fill them with shredded beef, and top with cheese.

🛒 Ingredients:
2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour 🌾

9 tbsp (125g) cold butter, diced 🧈

⅔ cup (150g) bacon bits or lardons 🥓

3.5 oz (100g) raclette cheese, cut into small pieces 🧀

1 egg 🥚

⅔ cup (160ml) cold water 💧

½ tsp salt 🧂

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
2️⃣ Add the cold, diced butter and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3️⃣ Gradually add the cold water and mix until a smooth dough forms.
4️⃣ Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
5️⃣ Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
6️⃣ Fold the rectangle into thirds like a letter, forming a square. Chill again for 30 minutes.
7️⃣ Repeat the rolling and folding process twice more, refrigerating between each step.
8️⃣ Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
9️⃣ Roll out the dough and cut it into large triangles.
🔟 At the base of each triangle, place a few bacon pieces and a chunk of raclette cheese. Roll up to form a croissant shape.

4 slices of cooked ham

4 eggs

Spread crème fraîche on one side of each bread slice.
