🧀🍗 Crack Chicken Penne 🍗🧀
Creamy, Cheesy & Addictive!

Tender penne pasta tossed in a creamy, cheesy sauce with juicy shredded chicken—this dish is pure comfort food!

Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
1 lb cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat chicken broth and heavy cream over medium heat.
Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta, tossing until fully coated.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Frappuccino – A Chocolatey Dream!
A creamy, frosty blend of chocolate and peanut butter—just like your favorite candy in a cup!

Ingredients:
🧊 1 cup ice
🥛 1 cup milk
🍫 ¼ cup chocolate syrup
🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter
☕ ½ cup brewed coffee (chilled)
🍚 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend ice, milk, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, coffee, and sugar until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream (optional).

Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting
A light, fluffy frosting perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients:

1 package (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup cold milk
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions:

Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.

Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
For the Raspberry Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in the melted white chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
5. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to break them apart too much.
6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.
8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
9. To prepare the raspberry sauce, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until the raspberries break down and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
10. Serve slices of cheesecake drizzled with raspberry sauce. Enjoy!

Loaded Scalloped Potatoes

Rich, cheesy, and layered with creamy perfection—these scalloped potatoes are the ultimate comforting side dish!

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
5 cups thinly sliced Yukon Gold potatoes
Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter, add onion and cook until soft.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in milk.

Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until thickened.

Stir in 1½ cups cheese until melted.

Layer half the potatoes in dish, pour over half the sauce. Repeat.

Ingredients:
1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1½ cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (non-alcoholic)
1½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
1½ cups whipped cream (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions:

In a saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add coconut milk, milk, and yolks.

Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and 1 cup shredded coconut.

Cheesy Chicken Sliders

These sliders are the perfect game-day or party snack—ooey-gooey cheese, savory chicken, and soft buns baked to perfection!

Ingredients:
12 slider buns or dinner rolls
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.

Slice slider rolls in half horizontally without separating.

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayo, mustard, and cheese.

Spread mixture onto bottom half of buns and cover with tops.

Brush melted butter over tops, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more until tops are golden.

Serving Suggestions & Tips:
