Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos 🌯

These Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos are a fun and tasty meal that’s packed with flavor! Filled with juicy chicken, colorful bell peppers, and a creamy ranch dressing, they make a perfect lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any colors you like)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
4 large flour tortillas
1 can black beans, drained (optional)
1/2 cup corn (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, and cheese. If you're using black beans and corn, add those too. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds so they're easier to roll.

Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

If you like, you can place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.

Optional: Top with extra cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Cake

This one tastes exactly like a pan of soft cinnamon rolls, but without all the rolling and waiting. Warm, buttery cake with thick cinnamon swirls and a simple glaze that sinks right in. It’s the kind of bake that disappears fast once it hits the table.

How It Comes Together

The Batter:
In a big bowl, add eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour. Sprinkle in baking powder and give it a quick mix. Don’t overthink it, just mix until everything comes together and looks smooth.

The Cinnamon Swirl:
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until thick and spreadable. It should look like a rich paste, not runny.

Layer It:
Pour the cake batter into your baking dish. Spoon the cinnamon mixture over the top and gently swirl it through with a knife so you get those classic cinnamon roll ribbons.

Bake:
Bake until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let it cool slightly so the glaze doesn’t slide right off.

The Finish:
Mix powdered sugar with a splash of milk until pourable. Drizzle it over the warm cake and let it settle into every crack. Grab a fork and lift out a soft slice while it’s still warm.
