- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Ingredients:

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Aluminum foil

Directions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (or heat the oven to 375°F / 190°C).
2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
3. Tear off 4 large pieces of aluminum foil. Place each beef patty on a piece of foil.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the sliced mushrooms and onions, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Place a generous amount of the mushroom and onion mixture on top of each burger patty.
6. Add a slice of Swiss cheese over the mushrooms and onions.

- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the Rice Krispies cereal and powdered sugar. Set aside.
