🥩 4 BEEF RECIPES

🍝 1. Juicy Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef
1 egg
50 g breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves (minced)
200 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Shape into large meatballs.
Sear in a pan until browned on all sides.
Add tomato sauce and simmer until cooked through.

⏱ Time:
👉 15–20 minutes

🔥 How to Cook:
👉 Pan + lid (keeps them juicy)
👉 Optional: finish in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 min

🍲 2. Beef Stew with Potatoes & Carrots

Ingredients:

600 g beef (cubed)
300 g potatoes
150 g carrots
200 ml tomato sauce
100 ml red wine
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Sear beef over high heat until browned.
Add garlic, tomato sauce, and wine.
Add potatoes and carrots.
Simmer until beef is tender and sauce thickens.

⏱ Time:
👉 35–45 minutes

🔥 How to Cook:
👉 Pot (medium-low heat)
👉 Pressure cooker: 20–25 minutes

Ingredients:

500 g beef steak (thin slices)
2 onions (sliced)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Season the steak.
Cook in a hot pan until browned.
Remove and cook onions in the same pan.
Add steak back and finish with soy sauce.

⏱ Time:
👉 10–12 minutes

🔥 How to Cook:
👉 High heat (quick sear)
👉 Do not overcook to keep it juicy

Ingredients:

500 g beef (sliced into strips)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

Serve in warm tortillas.

1 steak (ribeye or sirloin) – juicy steak perfection
2 tbsp butter – rich garlic butter base
3 cloves garlic, minced – bold savory flavor
1 small onion, sliced – caramelized onion topping
Salt & black pepper – classic seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil – perfect sear helper
2 cups cooked white rice – fluffy comfort side
2 eggs, boiled – protein-packed add-on
Mixed greens (lettuce) – fresh crunchy base
Cherry tomatoes – juicy salad pop
1/2 cup shredded carrots – colorful crunch boost

🍽️ ** How to Make It :**

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Steak:

Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in hot oil until crusty—this creates a perfect seared steak, easy dinner idea, and juicy steak recipe.

2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Onions:

In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic and onions, cook until golden—this builds a garlic butter sauce, caramelized onion topping, and flavor-packed upgrade.

GREAT NORTHERN BEANS, PINTO & RED BEANS WITH CABBAGE, SMOKED TURKEY & ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE RECIPE:

1 lb assorted beans, sorted and not precooked
(I used small red beans, great northern beans and pinto beans)
1 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1.5 cups chopped cabbage
1 smoked turkey leg
1 lb andouille sausage, 1/2 inch pieces
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
6 cups chicken broth (I use better than bouillon)
3 tbsp olive oil

Put instapot on high saute mode, add olive oil and bell peppers & onions. Stir in herbs and seasoning. Cook approximately 5 minutes, until veggies are softened. Add broth, cabbage, beans and smoked turkey leg.
Pressure cook on high 1 hour and 20 minutes and natural release 15 minutes . Release remaining pressure. While the pot is doing the natural release, brown up your andouille sausages.

Remove turkey leg and shred meat. Add back to pot. If you want creamier beans, remove approximately 1.5 cup of the beans and blend and return to pot. Add in smoked sausages. Enjoy!
