🥩 4 BEEF RECIPES
🍝 1. Juicy Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1 egg
50 g breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves (minced)
200 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Shape into large meatballs.
Sear in a pan until browned on all sides.
Add tomato sauce and simmer until cooked through.

👉 Pan + lid (keeps them juicy)
👉 Optional: finish in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 min

Ingredients:
600 g beef (cubed)
300 g potatoes
150 g carrots
200 ml tomato sauce
100 ml red wine
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Sear beef over high heat until browned.
Add garlic, tomato sauce, and wine.
Add potatoes and carrots.
Simmer until beef is tender and sauce thickens.

👉 Pot (medium-low heat)
👉 Pressure cooker: 20–25 minutes

Ingredients:
500 g beef steak (thin slices)
2 onions (sliced)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Season the steak.
Cook in a hot pan until browned.
Remove and cook onions in the same pan.
Add steak back and finish with soy sauce.

Ingredients:
500 g beef (sliced into strips)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 tbsp oil
Tortillas
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook beef in a hot pan until nicely browned.
Add peppers and onion.
Stir-fry until tender but still slightly crisp.
Serve in warm tortillas.
