A juicy twist on the iconic sandwich—loaded with melty cheese & sautéed peppers!

✅ Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef

1 cup green bell pepper, diced

1 cup onion, diced

1 cup mushrooms, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, bell pepper & mushrooms for 5–7 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt & pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
4️⃣ Add half of the sautéed veggies and half of the cheeses into the meat mixture — fold together.
5️⃣ Transfer half the mixture to a loaf pan. Create a small trench in the center and fill with the remaining cheese.
6️⃣ Top with the remaining meat mixture and press evenly to seal the cheese inside.
7️⃣ Spoon a little extra ketchup or Worcestershire on top (optional).
8️⃣ Bake 50–60 minutes or until cooked through at 160°F (71°C).
9️⃣ Let rest 10 minutes before slicing so the cheese inside stays melty.

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta:
12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ cup reserved pasta water (from boiling the pasta)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta:

Chocolate:

1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips or chunks (divided)

3 oz (85g) dark chocolate bar, chopped (for a richer chocolate base)

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large egg yolks

¼ teaspoon salt

Optional Add-Ins:

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Caramel sauce swirl

Crushed cookies or chopped nuts

🍽️ Instructions:
1. Heat the Base:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and instant coffee.

Stir until the sugar and coffee fully dissolve and the mixture is steaming (do not boil).

2. Temper the Egg Yolks:
