Ingredients (Serves 6-8):
• 400g spaghetti (or thin pasta)
• 1 cup sweet corn kernels
• 1 large cucumber, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
• 200g cooked chicken breast or tuna (optional – diced)
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried dill or parsley
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: ½ cup shredded cheese or crumbled feta
Instructions:
1 Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside to cool completely.
2 In a large bowl, prepare the dressing: mix mayonnaise, sour cream/Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3 Add the cooled spaghetti, corn, cucumber, red & green peppers, red onion, and chicken/tuna (if using) into the bowl.
4 Toss everything gently until all ingredients are well coated with the creamy dressing.
5 Taste and adjust seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best after 2-3 hours) so flavors develop.

**Make the paste**
