Mango Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped topping
1 cup mango puree
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup diced mango
Instructions

Mix in mango puree.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread into pie crust.

Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Mix ricotta, egg, spinach, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used.

1/2 cup cherry topping or syrup
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
Arrange half of the vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thick.
Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
Spread pudding mixture over the wafers.

1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
Ingredients needed to make cake (eggs, oil, water)
1 box (3 oz) pineapple gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup toasted coconut (optional)
Pineapple chunks for topping
Instructions
Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan according to package directions.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
