1. Strawberry Lemonade Cool Whip Pie 🍓🍋
Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup lemonade concentrate
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Fresh strawberries
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in lemonade concentrate and cool slightly.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into crust and chill 4 hours.
Garnish with strawberries.

Ingredients
4 bananas
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup freeze-dried blueberries
Instructions
Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip bananas in chocolate.

Ingredients

Meat Sauce
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 small onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste

Creamy Cheese Layer
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pasta
• 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Topping
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• Extra Parmesan
• Fresh parsley or basil (optional)



Instructions

1. Make the meat sauce

In a large skillet, cook beef, sausage, and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in marinara, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10–15 minutes.



2. Make the “million dollar” cheese mixture

In a bowl, mix:
• Cream cheese
• Ricotta/cottage cheese
• Sour cream
• Parmesan
• 1 cup mozzarella

Mix until smooth and creamy.



3. Assemble

In a 9x13 baking dish:
1. Spread a little meat sauce on bottom
2. Layer noodles
3. Spread cheese mixture
4. Add meat sauce
5. Repeat layers

Finish with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.



4. Bake
• Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes
• Uncover and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden

Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.



Tips
• Use hot Italian sausage for extra flavor
• Cottage cheese makes it lighter; ricotta makes it richer

5 tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping
1 box raspberry gelatin
1 box pineapple gelatin
1 cup boiling water (for each gelatin)
Mixed berry sprinkles
Instructions
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water, cool slightly, and pour over the cheesecake layer. Chill until set.

Cinnamon Sugar Mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Place Chex cereal in a very large mixing bowl.

1/3 cup basil pesto
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Butterfly each chicken breast and pound to an even thickness.
In a bowl, combine pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Spoon the filling into each chicken breast and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken rolls for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
