Cinnamon Filling:
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:
6 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in egg and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Optional Drizzle:

Instructions:

1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter (for onions)
8 slices rye bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)

Instructions:

Form ground beef into 4 thin oval patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add 2 tablespoons butter and sliced onions.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 15–20 minutes until onions are soft and caramelized. Remove and set aside.

1 cup tomato puree or crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance acidity)

For Serving:
Cooked basmati rice
Naan bread
Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté 3–4 minutes until soft and golden.
