What’s good, family? I’m Bien Hernandez — proud NYC high school administrator by day, pitmaster and flavor-slayer by… well, also by day (and night, and weekends, and whenever the smoke calls).

Blaq Majjk BBQ is the BBQ soul of our full-service business, Siriusly Hungry Catering & Events — where we turn up the heat, pack the flavor, and throw unforgettable food-filled parties. Think of Blaq Majjk as that cousin who shows up late to the family function but brings the ribs and instantly becomes the favorite. That’s me. 😎

Together with my business partners, the ridiculously talented Chef Angie (aka the real boss in the kitchen), our in house pastry chef, Betsy, and Silvia, our Director of Events, we’ve built something special — a food truck (Coming Soon🤞🏾), a team, and a movement powered by Dominican roots, backyard BBQ vibes, and big love for feeding people right.

Currentlywe are servicing New York City, Long Island, and NYS as a whole… from private events and pop-ups to weddings and block parties, we cater it all — and we do it with laughs, good music, and that “damn, who made this?!” kind of flavor.
