Strawberry Shortcake Fluff
Ingredients
1 box strawberry gelatin mix, 3 oz
1 can crushed pineapple, 20 oz, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
2 cups pound cake cubes
1 container whipped topping, 8 oz, thawed
Optional: extra whipped topping and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry gelatin mix and drained crushed pineapple. Stir until the gelatin powder is fully blended with the pineapple.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.
Add the mini marshmallows, chopped strawberries, and pound cake cubes.
Stir gently until everything is evenly coated. Do not overmix, so the cake pieces stay soft but not mushy.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. For the best texture, chill for 2–4 hours.
Before serving, spoon into a large glass bowl and top with extra whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
Tips

Use firm pound cake so it holds its shape better. Add the cake cubes shortly before chilling if you want a lighter, less soft texture.

1 box instant peach pudding mix
1 can sliced or diced peaches, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
Optional: extra whipped topping and peach slices for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the instant peach pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple. Stir until the pudding mix is fully blended.
Fold in the drained peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
Add the Cool Whip and gently fold everything together until creamy and evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so the flavors blend and the salad thickens.
Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and a peach slice for a pretty finish.
Tips
