Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails with Herb Sauce 🦞✨
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Herbs of choice for garnish (e.g., chives, dill)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise: Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, carefully cut through the hard shell of the lobster tails. Be cautious to not cut all the way through. Lift the meat out of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
3. Prepare the sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
4. Make the creamy sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Arrange lobster tails: Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, shell side down. Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster tails.
6. Bake: Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is fully cooked and opaque. The meat should be tender and easy to flake with a fork.
7. Garnish and serve: Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven. Garnish with fresh herbs of choice like chives or dill before serving.
