🥛 500 ml heavy cream
🥭 250 g mango puree
🍬 60 g sugar
🍦 1 tsp vanilla
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍃 8 g gelatin

Procedure

Bloom gelatin in cold water.
Heat cream and sugar gently.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Mix in mango puree and lemon juice.
Pour into dessert glasses.

🥛 500 ml milk
🥚 4 eggs
🍬 1/2 cup sugar
🍫 150 g melted chocolate
🌼 1 tsp vanilla
🍯 1/2 cup caramel

Procedure

Prepare caramel in a mold.
