🍮🥭 MANGO PANNA COTTA

Ingredients
🥛 500 ml heavy cream
🥭 250 g mango puree
🍬 60 g sugar
🍦 1 tsp vanilla
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍃 8 g gelatin
Procedure
Bloom gelatin in cold water.
Heat cream and sugar gently.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Mix in mango puree and lemon juice.
Pour into dessert glasses.
Chill for 4 hours.
Serve cold with fresh mango cubes.
