10-Minute Double-Crust Tortilla Pizza
​Ingredients
​Tortillas: 2 medium flour tortillas
​Cheese: 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
​Sauce: 1/4 cup ready-made pizza sauce
​Protein: 8–10 slices beef pepperoni
​Optional: Dried oregano, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes for seasoning
​Instructions
​Prep the Base: Place one tortilla in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle a thin, even layer of mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup) across the entire surface. This acts as the "glue."
​Stack & Flip: Place the second tortilla directly on top of the cheese. Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden. Carefully flip the "sandwich" over to toast the other side for another 1–2 minutes.
​Layer the Toppings: While the bottom is crisping, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top tortilla. Add the beef pepperoni slices and cover generously with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
​Melt the Cheese: Turn the heat to low. Cover the skillet with a lid for 2–3 minutes. This traps the steam and ensures the cheese melts perfectly without burning the bottom of your crust.

Crispy Pasta Salad 🥗🔥
1. The Crispy Pasta
• ​Pasta: 1 box (16oz)
• ​Prep: Boil in salted water until al dente, drain, and pat dry.
• ​The Seasoning: * Olive oil
◦ ​Paprika
◦ ​Chili flakes
◦ ​Salt & Black pepper
• ​The Crunch: Toss pasta with oil and spices. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden and crispy. Let cool completely to keep the crunch.
• 2. The Vegetable Base
• Finely chop and combine in a large bowl:
• ​Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
• ​Cucumber (diced)
• ​Tomatoes (diced)
• ​Red Onion (finely diced)
• ​Avocado (diced)
• ​Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
​3. The Creamy Dill Dressing
​Whisk until smooth:
• ​Greek Yogurt: 1 cup
• ​Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
• ​Seasoning: Dried dill & Black pepper
• ​Consistency: 2 spoons of Water
• Instructions
1. ​Roast: Season and bake your pasta. Ensure it is fully cooled before adding it to the salad so it doesn't wilt the greens.
2. ​Whisk: Blend your yogurt, mayo, spices, and water until smooth.
3. ​Mix: Toss the vegetable base with the dressing.
4. ​Finish: Add the crispy pasta at the very last second. Toss and serve immediately for the best "cronch!"
