Introducing the living room at DOCKHAUS Contemporary.

A space shaped by the idea that contemporary design can still feel deeply warm and lived in. Every detail was considered to create a sense of calm and connection—from the layered textures and warm wood tones to the custom blue millwork that brings depth, character, and a quiet nod to the homeowners’ love of the coast and travel.

This is the first glimpse into a project very close to my heart, and I’m so excited to finally begin sharing the story of DOCKHAUS Contemporary with you.

Nothing feels overly perfect or staged; it feels collected, comfortable, and quietly beautiful. A home with its own story, meant to be lived in and loved for years to come.

One of my favorite lessons came from my daughter’s Kids Strong class:
“I am brave. I am strong. I can do it.”

Imagine if every girl grew up believing these words, and every woman reminded another woman of them. What a beautiful world that would be.
