This white oak floor got a full transformation ✨
We sanded it down to bare wood and refinished it in a rich Antique Brown stain, bringing out the natural grain and character of the oak. To protect and enhance the color, we applied 4 coats of water-based polyurethane for a smooth, durable, long-lasting finish with a beautiful, even sheen.
Warm, timeless, and built to last — this floor is ready for years of memories.

Bringing this hardwood floor back to life 🔥
We started by sanding the entire surface down to raw wood, removing the old finish and creating a smooth, clean canvas. From there, we carefully mapped out and taped a custom checkerboard pattern directly onto the bare floor.
Each square was hand-stained for a bold, high-contrast look, making sure the tones were even and crisp. Once the stain fully cured, we sealed everything in with multiple coats of polyurethane for long-lasting durability and a flawless finish.
