e of beautiful home decor and accents, gardening, fashion, architecture, the arts, music--from house to jazz...everything that one needs to entertain, share good food, drink and conversation while transporting one to the ultimate brunch, garden lunch and/or dinner party. Tracey aka The Culinary Artist aka "The Creator" has been a avid self trained cook for over ten years. Having taken courses at the Institute of Culinary Education and creating delicious, yet healthy culinary works of art for family and friends...while continually learning and evolving her culinary skills. She is ready to share her food with those outside her circle who have a appreciation for seasonal farm to table food. Tonja (TJ), Edidble Landscaper/Gardener and "The Innovator" has been gardening since she was a young girl growing up in Queens, New York working in her late Nana's garden. After moving to the Jersey City Heights area she rediscovered her love and passion for everything outdoors and joined Riverview Community Garden - RCG. She eventually became a board member, then President and Project Manager of the garden for three years, establishing their "Food Share Garden", "RCG Compost Project", Art in the Garden" and other initiatives. She played a part along with Beverly Brown, in assisting resident beekeeper Deirdre Newman to establish a pilot bee program at the garden as well. After taking a number of courses at the New York and Queens Botanical Gardens as well as Farm School NYC, she is continuing on her journey of gardening nirvana, ready to share her knowledge and love of nature. Tonja and Tracey's greatest joy comes when exploring different neighborhoods, boutiques, community gardens, parks and other outdoor spaces from Williamsburg and Red Hook to Harlem and Tribeca; Connecticut and Upstate New York back to Chilltown Jersey City. They are true believers in the idea that despite living in an urban environment, you can excite one's senses and experience something beautiful everyday...whether it's a terrarium full of succulents or a home grown tomato plant in a potted container to seasonal fresh organic vegetables, the best meats and drinks. Whether you experience Mason + Lime's plants and edible landscaping; farm to table cuisine or take a class to learn more about growing and preparing your own food and entertaining others...they have something to share.
