I always have folks asking how my boards are constructed.
Frame is 3/4" thick pine
Deck is 3/4" plywood
I also install 2 cross braces to prevent bag bounce
Legs fold up for easy storage
The design on top is a purchased high quality vinyl laminate
The finished product is sealed with polyurethane (not applied to the vinyl)

Additionally I use exterior grade glue throught construction and use air nailers for assembly.

Hello folks. Just as an FYI, there is a professional company making co****le boards identical to the way I build mine and their's sell for $399.00 and that is with NO BAGS (Gladiator). I've also seen boards for $350.00 but again, without the bags.

Also note, before the prices went sky high around Covid time, I was able to sell my boards with bags for $250.00. So as you can see, Bidenomics has affected me too.

Finished my last order for Christmas. This one came out especially cool even after I thought I had screwed it up. The brown on the dog in the original photo was from a nearby lamp. I included the brown before learning this fact. The customer loved it and that is what counts. I especially like the eyes of this one.
