Looking to start your day w a minor panic attack?! lol - try ordering 68 plumbing pieces (for 7 bathrooms) and having the delivery address incorrect- alas, I have always been a problem solver, tracked it down, updated delivery and problem solved before it was ever dropped:) phewwww Que sigh of relief! Turns out lot numbers when you clear land, are not the same as addresses- well I learn something everyday!

This project has been going on since I was pregnant and now we’ve got walls and a roof- it’s fast track time as rough-ins happens and we start really finalizing bits- but really excited to see progress and look at those windows! Oh baby!!

To the birthday boy who changed our world! You made our wishes come true and made us parents finally! 9 years old and legos and sports and jokes and mud and bikes and all the jumping and all the laughing - and you still hold our hands, and cuddle w your legs wrapped in ours and your heart is so big. Love watching this little guy grow:)

Decorate! Ain’t it great! - this homeowner came from VA with a packed furniture assortment and tons of cool art- we just needed to cozy up the space a bit more and place things in their new spot.

Each room got new paint in COLOR, except the living room here where we traded out a cool gray for a warm gray, and boy did it make a difference.

His pieces shine- the wood, the leathers, the art- all A+ vibes going on here and some extra wallpaper treatment and layered curtains for a bit more texture.

Always a good reminder to create a space surrounded with things you love.
