There’s no formula for a great room.

Just a feeling, a little curiosity, and the freedom to mix things up.

At The Strand, a crisp seaside farmhouse became a canvas for color, pattern, vintage finds, painted furniture, and a touch of whimsy at every turn. A floral here. A collected treasure there. An octopus chandelier overhead. A giant bunny discovered in Hawaii.

The formula is never quite the same twice. And that’s the fun of it.

A home should feel collected, personal, a little unexpected — entirely its own, with a story around every corner. 🤍✨

Taking a moment to appreciate how wallpaper can transform a space. In our Loomis, CA project, it brings layered color, pattern, and depth from the breakfast room to the elevator and into the guest baths, office, and beyond.

Paisleys, florals, a peacock or two, and plenty of unexpected combinations give each space its own personality, while creating a thread that carries throughout the home.👌

Designed to feel less “designed” and more like it had always belonged here.

A relaxed country-coastal spirit, natural textures, a few unexpected details, and an ocean view that really does all the heavy lifting. This primary bath was one of those spaces where everything just seemed to fall into place.

A few quiet moments from our Lighthouse Project.

Some homes don’t ask for more—they ask for care.

We believe the best design isn’t always the loudest. Sometimes it’s found in restraint. In honoring what was already there. In letting history, architecture, and the surrounding landscape lead the conversation.

This home reminded us that thoughtful design doesn’t have to shout to leave a lasting impression.

Sometimes the quietest moments are the ones you remember most. 🤍

There are certain spaces you fall in love with and never quite tire of revisiting. This beloved kitchen is one of them.

French and Italian influences weave through the design, connecting hand-finished cabinetry, inset metal screens, charming patterned tile, antique-inspired hardware, a custom hood, and of course, that unforgettable range.

Each choice has its own personality, but together they give the kitchen the sense of history we wanted, as though it had evolved and been collected over time.
