Clerel Design Tracy found her passion for design at an early age. Her natural design instinct has afforded her a clear vision in every project she has entered.

Clerel Design is a Southern California based interior design firm established in 2010, although the design roots of owner/designer Tracy Schroeder date back over a decade. Growing up around real estate development she always had a natural comfort with property creation and enhancement. It’s that talent that has made her successful in all types of interior design work. After graduating UCLA, Tracy

joined forces with a highly sought after Southern California design firm. There she worked on high end residential interior design projects as well as nation-wide commercial and multi-family renovations. In her mid-twenties, Tracy took her talents to New York where she worked on large scale real estate development projects for Cape Advisors, Inc. Those included chic hotels in New York and New Jersey, and luxury condominium projects designed by world renowned architects. Years later Tracy returned to her Southern California roots where she founded Clerel Design. Her main focus has been large scale apartment buildings and commercial renovations. She brings a creative edge and a new perspective to properties that require an updated look. She is brilliant at identifying key elements from old architecture that can be restored and tied into new additions giving the property better function and a fresh, timeless feel. One of Tracy’s unique talents is that she works best on strict schedules and can be creative in tight budgets. Working on investment properties has given Tracy perspective on time and budget constraints for a successful project. She believes that well designed surroundings should not just be a luxury but an achievable option for everyone. Tracy affirms that these improvements to a property will reflect in a higher return for the owner through a more discerning tenant mix that is willing to pay higher rents for better surroundings.
