How our Petaluma came to be, and the furry friend who inspired it. 🤍

We waited months for Mookie to be born. When the day finally came the three of us - me, my husband, and our youngest - got on a plane to Petaluma, CA to meet him.

A small town an hour north of San Francisco, we fell in love with this place.

It had that feeling. Ease, color character. And of course, we fell in love with Mookie!

That trip, the town, the memories became PETALUMA - the scent I reach for more than any other one we have poured.

Same hands. Same wax. Seven years of pours.

Believe it or not, the the first ones happened on our kitchen counter. The latest ones are happening in our backhouse studio, and somehow it still feels like the same little operation it always was.
