A first look at the exterior of . 🤍

From the natural brick and soft white siding to the bluestone and cobblestone hardscape, every material was chosen to bring together the ease of coastal California living with the warmth and character of w**e country. The landscape design by Chelsea Corinne Studio was an equally important part of bringing that vision to life, and she’s our favorite collaborator.

Layering so many of our favorite patterns and textures.

It’s all in the details.

The kitchen backsplash is getting ready to be installed! Love everything about this charming hand-painted tile from Alexander James Tile Studio TILES OF EZRA™.

We sourced so many beautiful wallpapers for this project, including this foliage stripe from Wallshoppe for the den.

The dreamiest pendant light from woven adds another layer of charm in the den.

More special light fixtures bringing us so much joy.

Millwork and a fresh coat of paint for Ollie’s new big boy room.

The stair runner is in, too!

We were drawn to so many small-scale floral prints when sourcing for this project, and love how this bespoke chair turned out.

A sneak peek at some of the beautiful wallpapers and window coverings we sourced from Pepper Home.

Cabinet hardware dripping in charm from Rejuvenation.

This Rejuvenation finish is so good!

Another perfect floral wallpaper, this one from Mulberry Home.

A kitchen that balances warmth, texture, and a little bit of contrast. 🤎 Natural oak cabinetry, hand-selected stone, warm brass, and a mix of open and glass-front storage give the Lido kitchen a collected feeling while keeping it incredibly functional. We love how the darker elements add just enough depth to keep all of that warmth from feeling too light or expected. { Images by: Vanessa Lentine | Photographer, Architect: Brandon Architects, Builder: Longman Construction }
