She is finished!
This is a very special wreath I made for a very amazing couple, my neighbors! If you know me, you know that I have a very very messed up back. I am not able to lift heavy things& doing some things around my home are hard for me. One of those things is yard work. I have three very HUGE Oak trees. The leaves on these things are ridiculous and cover every piece of the yard. When I moved into the home I rent, the yard was covered. I did manage to hire someone this summer to mow and that took care of some of them. I had decided I was going to have to hire someone to clean up the yard once most of the leaves had fallen.
I came home from church last Sunday to find my neighbors in my yard raking, blowing, cleaning out flower beds and even cut up a tree . I was absolutely in shock. I had only met Mona 2 or 3 times and her husband the night before . I stood there in tears… since last Sunday, she has come back and with the help of Brady cleaned up the back yard , cut vines from the fence and bagged up another 15 bags of leaves. Today I pulled in my driveway to find her back at again and they had brought all the bags to the curb to be picked up tomorrow and even pulled my trash cans out also. This special couple decided to bless me. They have offered such a blessing of love and friendship. I asked what I could do to repay their kindness and she said absolutely nothing! I told her that I was going to give her something made out of love and thankfulness from me! So this week I am going to have a heart of gratitude and love for my new friends. I hope she will cherish this wreath as much as I am thankful for all they have done!
