I don't remember how I got started working with driftwood, but I'm so glad I did! Every stage of working with it is so rewarding; from finding it, to the finished product. Finding it is like treasure hunting. When I see a new piece, and I KNOW it has to go home with me; I get very excited to see what I can create from that piece! As I have gotten older I have realized that all I want is to make a

modest living, doing something I love to do. What this means to me is that I want to keep my prices affordable, and sell as much as I can, so that I get to make of the things I love to make. Each piece, is the only one like it. I maintain the natural integrity of each piece. I only bring out what is already there... the beauty that is already drifting in the wood.
