🌴 Palm House Update 🌴

It’s starting to feel like HOME again. 💚

After winter damage turned our Palm House upside down, we’re excited to share that the structure is officially back up and the flooring is down! 🙌

For now, we’re enjoying it just as it is while we head into the summer months, because let’s be honest, our palms are loving all this sunshine ☀️🌴

Next comes the plastic and walls, but we’re just happy the palms finally have a place to call home again instead of crashing on the perennial & annual area couch. 😂

We’ve always taken pride in offering one of the area’s largest palm selections, and while the damage made showcasing them more challenging, it never stopped us from bringing in the palms you know and love.

Designed and customized in-house, this rebuild has been tedious, messy, and a whole lot of hard work, but it’s coming together stronger and better than ever.

🌸 WHAT’S FLOWERING AT J&S? 🌸

If you’ve been following along, you already know… dahlias have been stealing the spotlight around here this season 😍 And this bloom? She’s extra special.

Part of a small collection we grew ourselves right here at J&S is finally putting on a show! Some are fully showing off like this beauty, while others are just waking up and getting ready to bloom. 🌿✨

A few fun dahlia facts while you admire the view:

🌼 Dahlias bloom from summer all the way into fall.
🌼 They LOVE sunshine and reward you with big, beautiful blooms.
🌼 The more you cut blooms for bouquets, the more flowers they often produce! (Yep… cutting them can actually encourage more blooms 😍)
🌼 There are thousands of dahlia varieties in all kinds of colors, shapes, and sizes.

We’re pretty proud of these homegrown beauties and can’t wait to see the rest of the collection start popping. Stop by and see what’s blooming, you never know what might steal your heart this week 💕

Can y’all believe it? After months of beautiful blooms, porch refreshes, garden projects, and Saturdays spent with some of the BEST customers around… it’s time to say goodbye to spring the same way we said hello 💚

Join us for our Last Spring Saturday at J&S Nursery & Blossom’s Gift Shoppe on Saturday, June 20th ... the official last day of spring! 🌼☀️

We’ve loved every Spring Saturday filled with flowers, garden chats, and seeing familiar faces walk through the gates. So before summer officially rolls in, come spend one more spring Saturday with us! 🌿
