At a glance, it’s clear this beautiful rug is perfectly suited for this home office. From a design perspective, the selection is even more intentional than what first meets the eye. The space’s bold color palette and moody atmosphere called for the perfect rug to ground the room without making it feel too dark. Subtle white detailing brightened up the space while staying in tune with the design aim.

With the support of wonderful partners and vendors, we were able to craft a serene escape for our clients in the heart of Back Bay. We deliberately selected a curation of textures, patterns, and colors that, when layered, create a soft, breathtaking atmosphere.

Recently featured on the mural wallpaper serves as a distinctive backdrop for the space. Custom nightstands fabricated in New Hampshire were designed to fit seamlessly against the headboard wall. The bedside lamps align with the upper edge of the headboard, maintaining a consistent visual datum.

Through our collaboration with the clients were able to commission a custom piece that complements the room’s neutral hues.

Alongside this Back Bay brownstone was transformed into a one-of-a-kind residence.

Working closely with Sleeping Dog Properties, we renovated this Back Bay brownstone into an inviting retreat designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

The design is centered on achieving a balance of light and dark without it feeling too high contrast; blending soft blues, whites, and light wood flooring with richer wood accents for depth and warmth.

With our clients based abroad, we tailored our design process, consolidating our selections presentation and stone shopping into three in-person days.
