Hi Lisa, Jennelle and the entire SSD Glass Team,
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the wonderful job you did on our wine cellar door.
When I decided to move forward with SSD, I did so without conducting background or reference checks, and I will admit I was quite nervous. This was a significant investment for us, and I felt both excited and anxious about the quality of the work and the overall cost. From start to finish, however, your team exceeded every expectation of ours. Lisa, Jenelle and the measurement/installation team were professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They were cheerful even when we hit a couple of bumps, detail-oriented, and consistently stayed on top of both progress and timeline expectations. At every stage, I: felt informed and confident that we were in capable hands. The final result speaks for itself (sorry, it's a bit hard to take a full view picture given the narrow corridor). The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and we could not be happier with how our cellar turned out.
