On our fully automated production line, each insulated glass unit is manufactured with consistency and accuracy at every step.
The process starts with precision glass cutting, followed by automated washing and drying to ensure a perfectly clean surface. Spacers are applied with exact tolerances, the unit is assembled, filled with inert gas, and sealed under controlled conditions.

BWDS LLC is pleased to confirm that our architectural systems, contracted and engineered earlier this year, are now advancing to the installation phase at the new Island School project designed by Atelier PRO / Jacobs Architekten.

To address the region’s distinct climate challenges—including high UV exposure, trade winds, and salt corrosion—the project specifications called for a highly durable solution. The supplied systems utilize the European FT72 platform, which was pre-configured to meet Eurocode wind-load standards and strict ventilation requirements. The package features 32 mm glazing systems with EI30 fire-rated units, specified specifically for island conditions.

While logistics in Bonaire and Aruba present complexity, our operations team and logistics partners are successfully managing the specialized packaging and fulfillment schedules. This project represents another milestone in BWDS’s portfolio of climate-adaptive international construction.
