We had SO much fun at the Tipton County Pork Festival! ❤️ We met so many amazing people and made new friends that I guarantee will become lifelong friends. We also met tons of awesome vendors that I can’t wait to do more events with!
We met so many fellow betta lovers—including a woman who used to breed and raise bettas! How cool is that?! I even learned a few new things! Several people who had previously adopted from us stopped by just to say hi, and one person came to the festival specifically to see us! That made my heart so happy! 🥹❤️
A special shout-out to Mccormack Printing for making my business cards within a couple of hours AND hand-delivering them to my booth! Now THAT is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️customer service!
I didn’t catch her name, but the sweet lady who adopted FOUR of our fish was possibly the cutest, happiest person I’ve ever met! I know she’s going to be an amazing betta mom. Honestly, every person who adopted from us was so wonderful, and I can’t thank you all enough!
You can also visit a few of our betta babies at the book shop in Tipton. Let me tell you—that family was absolutely awesome! If you haven’t visited their shop yet, you should, even if it’s just to meet them! And if you haven’t checked out The Wild Root of Dancing Gardens aka Dancing Gardens Medicinal Herb Farm in Tipton, you MUST! Her handmade items are amazing!
Thank you, Tipton! We absolutely cannot wait to come back next year! ❤️
Next up: the Atlanta Earth Festival! Come see us and bring your friends and family!
And finally, to the woman who said rescuing fish was “stupid and ridiculous” because they don’t live long enough to bother saving…one of mine is almost FIVE years old. She lets me hand-feed and pet her, swims up into my hand, and even loves watching TV.
Ma’am, rescuing living things isn’t stupid or ridiculous—but that comment certainly was. You could’ve just said you don’t care about living things and saved us, the other vendors, and yourself some time. Just know, they thought you were a weirdo too. 🫤🤣
