Quick way to figure out how old your windows are:
Check for a manufacturer label or stamp (usually on the jamb liner or bottom of the sash). It often includes a date code or manufacturing year.
No label? Look at your home's build date. Original windows are usually the same age as the house.

Why does this matter? Knowing your window's age helps you identify the brand and model, which makes ordering the right replacement parts way easier!

"Our Fenster Windows were delivered on the date promised and on time. Jason called 35 minutes before arrival to confirm we were ready for delivery. The windows are beautiful!! Jason did a quick tutorial on how to install them. We received 22 sashes with 11 jambliner sets. Installation was very easy and completed in about 5 hours by myself. They also seem much quieter (less outside noise transfer) than the old windows. HOME RUN FENSTER!!! We are VERY HAPPY with our new windows!! Thank you!! I will admit I was very nervous about purchasing custom built, non-returnable products, online, paid in full in advance, but everything worked out perfectly and I will be passing along your information to others. You answered all my questions upfront and provided me a great quality product just as you said you would. Everyone I interacted with at Fenster was very friendly and helpful.
