Delighted to report Kham passed the general contractors license exam! Took nearly a year to prep, but today it became official. K&D Services is a general contractor.

Stopped in to see how our first two restaurants are doing. Finally got to take some pics of the second one open and doing a great business!
Kham desiged much of and installed all the decore, the restrooms, the ceilings, lighting, service bars, the pergola and the front patio( I didn't get any pictures of that). Reviews have been positive both for the food (yeah it's delicious) but nearly all mention the look of the place.

We have been so busy, I am sorry I've fallen down on updating some of the really cool projects. This is a before and after (ruffly the same viewpoint) of a bubble tea & Ice cream shop we did in Orlando. I'll do another post with more of the finished store.

A very cool project... Kept the cabinets (they are solid wood) gave the doors/drawers a face lift. We flipped the shower head to the other wall so no more crawling over the commode to turn on the shower. Put a seat in it to reach the feet without a balancing act (or just enjoy a wet steam sauna)
This was not shot in black and white, the room was done in black and white.

Recent shower project : unique features:
1.There is a track for the door but there is no step in. The rest of the bathroom tile was elevated enough we could do the shower slope without a step in. 2. It's a hidden drain.. can you find it? Where the grout is "missing" and the water goes in there.

We did a whole master suite remodel... new flooring, new paint, new closet furniture, and a major transformation of the bathroom... included a few before pics for contrast of the dramatic new bath.
