Dolly showed generations what it looked like to be completely, unapologetically yourself.

She created a world entirely her own, filled with music, stories, laughter, color and plenty of sparkle, and invited all of us into it. She dreamed far beyond where she came from without ever losing sight of it. Dolly made being yourself an art form, and showed us just how extraordinary a life led with creativity, kindness and imagination could be.
