I love lettering! I used to do most of my lettering in black, but discovered that I love dark brown because it just softens the look. My favorite dmc floss color is #3371! I use it in almost all of my outlining. What is your favorite most used floss color?😍

Oldies but goodies! Heading home from vacation on Wednesday. Ready to get back to my stitching. Lots of fresh new idea’s running through my brain. I think I’ll be pulling out my wools and get to stitching up so Fall and Halloween designs!🍁🍂🎃😺

Finally finished up this custom piece for my niece’s second daughter. I photographed it in lower light to show how pink the fabric it. I hope Laynie will cherish it when she is older. I have many nieces and nephews and plan gifting each a custom piece. It gives me joy to think of leaving something special for my family members that will be passed down. It’s a sort of legacy I think.😊😍

But I frequent Instagram quite a bit checking out the wonderful works of all the other embroiderers I follow. I find so much inspiration from you all. I truly appreciate the talents of other embroiderers who add so much beauty to the world. 😍😍

Another favorite of mine! These colors just pop but are still subtle. I enjoy experimenting with color in my embroidery the most! I hope my sister loves her new hoop!❤️❤️
