Shoutout to good friends. One gifted a box full of router bits, and another 3D-printed this organizer grid found on MakerWorld to sort them out. Went from total clutter to a full router bit forest in minutes.

A closer look at the Bosch GWX13-50VSP variable speed angle grinder. Lower RPM settings are ideal for controlled power carving, while full speed handles metal cutting with ease. Plus the X-Lock arbor setup with adapter allows using standard threaded discs.

Well, this could have been a disaster. I was cutting some C-channel for Chelsea Bakehouse in the shop and the grinder started vibrating violently. Turns out, all four screws holding the head on completely stripped out and the gear head was trying to detach. Sometimes you just have to toss the tool and wait for the replacement. Always trust your gut if something feels off! Has a tool ever failed on you like this?
