Everyone knows I’m a dog fan (four dogs and one cat… apparently I have no self-control). So when I walked in and saw this little guy, rescued by the owner of Gallery Battenburg, who also has a shop at , I was immediately smitten.

Naturally, I had to buy something.

Well… somethingS. Plural. Quite a few, actually. 😂

Who doesn’t love a cool antiques shop? Especially when there’s a dog involved. 🐶 this one in Pau is a “treat”!
The antiques are fabulous, but let’s be honest—the real draw is the four-legged proprietor. Great taste, impeccable charm, and absolutely no interest in helping with the heavy lifting.
Honestly, I’d buy just about anything from this guy. 😂. Check out the inventory

Peep this FABULOUS 1920s silver-plated desk lamp I unearthed. Because apparently my definition of a vacation includes hunting down fabulous old things!

Wowza! One of the best antique shops in southwest France—and if you know, you know. The kind of place where you could happily lose an entire afternoon (and possibly your bank account).
