Good morning and happy Sunday. The stand has been restocked after giving the garden a good pick. Currently available are summer squash, zucchini, yellow and purple onions, jalapeños, cucumbers (all kinds of sizes), and green and yellow beans. For those of you who have asked about tomatoes, they are getting close. For whatever reason, this year they seem to be late to the party as far as ripening, but the good news is they are finally starting to change, so I’m hoping to be able to offer a few different varieties by next week. Thank you again for all the continued support, and remember to buy local if you can.

I would like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has already stopped by the stand this year. I’m having trouble keeping things stocked because as soon as it’s out, it’s gone, which isn’t a bad thing. With that being said, as of Monday evening, I am restocked, and you may see a few new things out this time. I now have fresh-cut basil and dill available in addition to all the other vegetables that are currently producing. Stop by today. And thank you all again for your continued support.

We have some exciting news!!! The stand is back for the season. Although it looks pretty bare as we wait for all the other veggies to start producing, we do have some summer favorites available. Currently, we have zucchini, summer squash, green and yellow beans, sweet banana peppers, canning cucumbers, campfire wood, and eggs are always available in the cooler. We accept cash or Venmo. We are located one mile north of Kingsmill Road on Five Lakes Road. Stop in and grab your veggies today.

At Five Lakes Farms, we offer a variety of services. In addition to our produce stand and firewood sales, we can assist with your landscaping needs, including delivering bulk materials such as mulch, stone, and topsoil, etc., to reviving your driveway and giving it a fresh new look.

I’m excited to say with the planting of pumpkins yesterday that the spring 2026 produce stand planting is complete. I was lucky enough this year to have some great helpers take part in the process.

It’s still too early for the big stand but in the meantime I’ve set up a small table for eggs. If you need any farm fresh eggs stop in. I have plenty. Say hello to Sadie when you stop. She loves all the attention

We have eggs. With the warmer temperatures the hens are laying again. Currently have 6 dozen available. $3 a dozen.

Winter isn’t over just yet. If you are in need of any firewood I have 3 full face cord of all hardwood left that’s spilt seasoned and ready to go. $85 per face or $80 per face if you buy two or more.
