We’re excited to share the completed MarineMax boat dealership, made possible through our work with Trident Construction and our partners MECA, Cranston LLC, Osborne Electric Company, and Ascent Buildings, LLC. Coastal colors and a nautical theme carry throughout the interior, creating a space that feels inviting, cohesive, and highly functional. The gabled form, shiplap accents, and board‑and‑batten‑inspired exterior cladding tie to the surrounding Sportsman’s Island context. Inside, the layout enhances customer experience with a spacious lounge overlooking the boat driveway for new purchases and an exterior boat showroom visible from much of the building. Doughnuts is on its way to Brighton Park Blvd. Designed as a walkable neighborhood gathering spot, the 2,753‑square‑foot building, with covered outdoor seating, pairs crisp white brick, charcoal fiber‑cement wings, and bronze‑toned accents for a tailored, boutique‑retail character. Robbins Construction Group is pleased to announce the start of construction on Atelier Building 3, a new two-story Class A office building located within Downtown Nexton in Summerville, South Carolina.

Designed to support the continued growth of one of the region's premier mixed-use destinations, the building will deliver a modern, functional workplace featuring thoughtfully designed amenities that create a welcoming environment for future tenants.

Construction is now underway, with completion anticipated in 2027. As work progresses, we look forward to sharing updates and showcasing the collaboration, craftsmanship, and dedication that will bring this project to life.
