Beach season may slow down, but the chairs, coolers, bikes, fishing gear and outdoor equipment do not disappear.

Custom cabinetry, wall systems, workspaces and specialty storage can give each item a practical place while returning valuable floor space to the garage.

The goal is not simply to store more.

It is to make the space easier to use every day.

Beautiful drapery begins long before the fabric is hung.

Lining, fullness, pleat style, hardware and placement all influence how the finished treatment falls, frames the window and manages light.

Those details are what make custom drapery feel intentional rather than simply decorative.

Preparedness is part of living on the coast, but emergency supplies do not need to remain in view.

Custom utility and garage storage can provide a dedicated, accessible place for storm equipment, important household essentials and backup supplies while allowing the home to remain composed.

The best organization is often the kind you barely notice—until the moment you need it.

Morning light. Afternoon glare. Evening privacy.
Motorized window treatments allow the atmosphere of a room to change effortlessly throughout the day.
They are especially well suited to expansive windows, soaring spaces and coastal homes designed around natural light.
With discreet technology and carefully selected materials, convenience becomes part of the architecture rather than an interruption to it.
