Motherhood is such a beautiful privilege and a gift granted by God. One of the greatest callings as a mother is to teach your children to love Him, follow Him, and see His goodness in everyday life. Today my heart is full of gratitude as four generations of our family gather around the table to celebrate Mother’s Day together. I’m so thankful for my children, Elijah, David, and Donna, and for the joy of watching God work in their lives. At the same time, my heart misses my mom deeply. The last photo is from the last time I saw her in person before I left Russia in 2011. Today I hold those memories especially close and thank God for the love, care, and beautiful example she left in my life.
