From Concept to Reality –
The High-Line Group has been blessed and fortunate to work on some really amazing projects over the past 7 years. Today we would like to showcase our 4th design project in Dallas’s Preston Center, which is officially completed, with a tenant forthcoming.

The scope of the 6141 Sherry Ln. project may only appear as a 6,000 +/- sf, Two-Story Office Shell Building, but in reality, it was designed with flexibility in mind along with creating a area of covered parking along with a drive-thru on a 0.20 (8,700sf) lot, that could meet the needs and requirements of possible future tenant; whether a Class A+ Executive Banking Office, a Wealth Management Office, an Executive Office Suite, or a Bank Branch with Drive Thru.
The project had challenges at the beginning of the project’s conception in working to find a way to meet the City of Dallas’s stringent Zoning and Parking requirements along with the current PD-314 (planned development) zoning over-lay’s additional requirements while working with the existing Traffic and parking flow “UNIQUE” to the Sherry Lane Tract of the Preston Center. The design challenges kept even into the completion of “Unique” Details created specifically for this project.
