Business is slow this time of year, this a good time for installers to maybe think about classes to get certifications always good to have, like CFI, can be fun and meet other installers

I have something on my mind, I understand there are companies out there treating people wrong and not making things right, if this happens to you, before you just search a name and do irresponsible google reviews, that can’t just be removed with out a court order, make sure the company you are bashing or giving a bad google review is THE CORRECT COMPANY! we are going through this cause some guy name Brad Nye or Proctor what ever he is going by has a company name really close to ours, this guy is a piece of work, he hires guys to do his work and they do bad installs or don’t go back to to repairs or fix things to make customer happy, not made up have heard this straight from actual people, we even had BBB call our office from complaints from this guys costumers and after BBB told these people that their complaint is on wrong company and alls they could do is apologize and damage is already done so please people don’t do knee jerk reviews and yes we have had some people pull a job cause they seen the reviews, every bad review on there is from this guys customers, we aren’t really in the residential side of the business but still would like to keep a good reputation and to go on about taking care of business we have had repairs everyone does, we did some that was outside our warranty time and even spent up to $10k a year after job was done to make people happy we don’t leave people behind and if we can’t make a person happy we will refund their money if that’s what it takes
